A: Yes, they are made from renewable resources and are recyclable and biodegradable.

Q3: How do you ensure your quality?

A: We ensure quality through certified materials, rigorous production checks, and compliance with international standards. We can send our inspection report to customer, if necessary, customers can authorize 3^rd party inspection company for checking.

Q4: Are you trading company or manufacture ?

A: We are a direct factory, not a trading company. Our facility is equipped with advanced automated production lines for paper goods, and we welcome client audits.

Q5: How long is your delivery time?

A: Our standard production lead time is 20-35 days. Final delivery time depends on your destination port and available shipping schedules, which we will confirm upon order placement.

Q5: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we provide samples. Plain samples and digital printing samples are complimentary. Customers are responsible for the freight charges, which will be quoted based on your location and preferred courier.
