    6. For the processing of angle steel with dimensions not exceeding L100×L100×10, cold pressing can be adopted on the premise that the bending degree is less than 5°.



    7. Processing Speed: The average cycle time for cold pressing operations is 10 seconds per unit, whereas the heating processing cycle stands at 120 seconds per unit (subject to the actual processed materials and their specifications). Furthermore, workpiece processing is performed once the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (i.e., the red-hot state), with specific parameters contingent upon the actual material type and bending angle requirements.



    8. During the workpiece heating process, upon completion of parameter configuration, operators may activate the cycle start function or engage the foot switch to initiate the fully automated workflow. This workflow sequentially encompasses heating feed, heating implementation, retraction post-heating completion, workpiece compression application, pressure head elevation, and final workpiece unloading.



    9. In the combined heating and cold pressing operation, after parameter configuration is finalized, cold pressing can be carried out directly. There is no necessity for the pressure head to revert to its original position; instead, the lower pressing die ascends to form a 100mm gap, facilitating convenient workpiece extraction. This optimized operational process effectively improves operational efficiency.
