    7. Processing speed: The average cold pressing processing cycle is 10 seconds per operation, while the heating processing cycle is 120 seconds per operation (subject to the actual processed material and its specifications). Additionally, workpiece processing is conducted when the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees (i.e., the red-hot state), with specific parameters subject to the actual material type and bending angle requirements.



    8. During the heating processing of the workpiece, after setting the parameters, users may activate the cycle start function or step on the foot switch to initiate the fully automatic process. This process sequentially includes heating advancement, heating execution, retraction after heating completion, application of pressure to the workpiece, lifting of the pressure head, and final removal of the workpiece.



    9. During the combined heating and cold pressing operation, once the parameters are configured, cold pressing can be executed directly. There is no requirement for the pressing head to return to its initial position; instead, the lower pressing mold rises to create a 100mm gap, allowing for convenient workpiece removal. This optimized workflow effectively enhances operational efficiency.
