R32 45mm button bit is mainly used for drifting and tunnelling, and it is one of our very best-selling drill bits for rock. R32-45mm rock drilling bits mainly have 9 buttons and 7 buttons according to the number of carbide button tips and are divided into spherical button drill bits and ballistic button bits according to the button shape.
Spherical button drill bit is the most common rock drilling bit. Under the condition of sufficient impact power of the hydraulic rock drill, the spherical drill bit has high energy efficiency. Compared with other carbide shapes, the spherical carbide button is stronger and more wear-resistant, and the rock breaking effect is better.
Our R32 spherical button drill bits provide excellent penetration performance, whether in medium-hard rock, hard rock, or other types of rock.
