rotor.

· It has one more lobe (or tooth) than the rotor (e.g., a 7-lobe
stator pairs with a 6-lobe rotor).
· Made from durable materials like hardened steel or
high-wear-resistant cast iron.
· The internal profile is precisely machined to a trochoidal form.
2. Rotor
· Function: The Rotor is the rotating component that orbits and
rotates within the stator. It is mounted on a splined shaft
(eccentric shaft) and is driven by the pressure of the hydraulic
fluid.
· Characteristics:
· It has one less lobe than its matching stator.
· Typically made from hardened steel or a composite material
engineered for low friction and high wear resistance.
· It features precision-machined lobes that maintain continuous
sliding contact with the stator lobes.
