Product description
The straight-through screen is a commonly used lightweight screening equipment in industries such as chemical, food, and medicine. It is characterized by efficient screening and convenient operation.
It is suitable for medium and fine powder materials such as flour, plastic powder, and Chinese herbal powder. It can quickly complete impurity removal, classification, or semi-finished product screening without any material accumulation problems. Working principle
The circular dual-motor direct-flow screen is powered by two vibration motors. These two motors are installed symmetrically and operate in opposite directions simultaneously, generating a linear excitation force along the screen surface.
After entering from the top feed port, the materials move continuously in a straight line along the sieve surface under the action of the excitation force. The qualified fine materials with diameters smaller than the sieve mesh size pass through the sieve surface quickly and are discharged directly from the bottom outlet; the coarse materials with diameters larger than the mesh size continue to move forward along the sieve surface and are separated from the end coarse material outlet.
The overall design has no material retention area. With a reasonable screen angle, it achieves efficient screening. At the same time, the dual motors provide balanced vibration, ensuring more stable operation.
