Working Principle
The ton bag packaging machine, after hanging the bags, clamping
them, and automatically removing the skins, precisely feeds the
material at both fast and slow speeds: it first fills with a large
flow rate at a fast speed, and when approaching the target weight,
automatically switches to precise metering and slow feeding to
ensure accuracy. Once the set weight is reached, it automatically
stops feeding, and finally releases the bags and resets the lifting
mechanism, completing an efficient dust-proof ton bag packaging
cycle.
