Working principle
The working principle of the planar reciprocating screen is that
two vibrating motors rotating in opposite directions generate a
stable planar reciprocating force. This force drives the screen
mesh to perform approximately circular horizontal movement, causing
the materials projected onto the screen to be subjected to this
rotary action, spreading, rolling and loosening uniformly from the
center to the periphery. During this process, fine particles
smaller than the screen holes quickly pass through the screen and
separate due to the continuous rotary motion. At the same time,
this motion characteristic can effectively prevent material
blockage of the mesh holes. The coarse particles that fail to pass
through the screen are collected and discharged at the periphery,
thereby achieving efficient and precise screening.
