Working principle
The dust-free feeding station is a specialized equipment designed
for the food and chemical industries, aiming to address the dust
pollution issue during manual feeding. Its core working principle
is to create a stable negative pressure in the feeding chamber
through an internal fan, effectively capturing the dust generated
during the dumping of materials and sending it to the internal dust
removal system for purification. The dust is intercepted and
recycled by the filter, and the purified air is then discharged,
thereby achieving dust-free operations at the source and ensuring a
clean environment and employee health.
