The HG60 high frequency straight welded pipe production line
manufactures welded steel pipes of Φ21.3mm-Φ33.7mm with
1.0mm-3.25mm wall thickness, capable of producing same size
profiled pipes. Incorporating advanced domestic and international
pipe making technology, our innovative design offers both
economical and practical solutions.

Production Process
material(steel coil) -> uncoiler -> shear and welder ->
horizontal(or cage) accumulator -> forming mill -> HF solid
welder -> sizing mill -> roughly straightening(turkey head)
-> cut off machine -> run out table
