Product Description
This automatic square and rectangular tube equipment combines
international market demands with our company's LW series unit and
FF forming technology. It features rapid adjustment of forming
rollers, significantly reducing product changeover time to improve
efficiency and reduce production costs.
The equipment can produce different size tubes without roll
changes, using one set of combined molds. For different tube
specifications, only adjustments are needed - no mold changes
required. This achieves a roller saving rate above 90%,
substantially reducing roller costs.
Production Process
Material (steel coil) → Uncoiler → Shear and Welder → Horizontal
(or cage) Accumulator → Forming Mill → HF Solid Welder → Sizing
Mill → Rough Straightening (Turkey Head) → Cut Off Machine → Run
