Principle: As the core for excavator body rotation, the swing assembly first receives high-pressure oil from the hydraulic pump. The swing motor converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, which is then transmitted to the built-in reduction mechanism. Through multi-stage gears, the mechanism reduces speed and increases torque, amplifying driving force before transferring it to the slewing ring to drive the upper body for 360° rotation, meeting the orientation adjustment needs during operation.

Usage: Control rotation direction and speed via the swing lever—the larger the lever range, the faster the speed. Avoid sudden rotation or rotating with heavy loads during operation to prevent component impact. Regularly check the motor oil level and seal leakage, and clean the slewing ring gear surface to prevent wear from affecting rotation accuracy.
