1. Automatic Feeding System
Function: Automatically and evenly feeds PP main material, recycled
material, and auxiliary raw materials such as masterbatch into the
extruder hopper via a vacuum pump or screw. This ensures uniform

2. Extruder System
Composition: Includes barrel, screw, heating coil, cooling fan, and
drive motor.
Function: Through electric heating and the rotating shearing action
of the screw, solid plastic granules are melted and plasticized
into a uniform melt, which is then extruded through the die into a
strip-shaped preform. The screw's length-to-diameter ratio and
structural design are crucial to product quality.
3. Die (Die Head)
Function: Determines the width and thickness of the packing tape. A
coat hanger-type die head is typically used to ensure uniform
pressure during melt flow, resulting in a strip preform with
consistent thickness and width.
