Continuous Operation Tracked Drilling Rig With High Stability

The core working principle of pneumatic drilling rig is to convert the pressure energy of compressed air into mechanical energy. Through the two core components of pneumatic motor and impactor, the rotation and impact actions of the drilling tool are respectively achieved, and finally rock breaking drilling is completed. The specific process can be divided into three key links: power transmission, action execution, and drilling operation

Slowly open the air compressor air duct valve, using the "small opening → gradually increasing" method to allow high-pressure gas to slowly enter the drilling rig, exhaust residual air in the air duct, and avoid instantaneous impact of airflow damaging the pneumatic motor or impactor;

After starting the drill switch, idle for 1-2 minutes to observe whether the pneumatic motor runs smoothly and whether there is any abnormal noise from the impactor. At the same time, test whether the emergency stop button is sensitive. After confirming that there are no problems, lower the drilling tool.

Drilling stage: "Low speed, light pressure" drilling is adopted (drilling pressure ≤ 1/3 of the rated value), and after the drilling depth reaches 10-20cm (forming a stable guide hole), the speed and drilling pressure are gradually increased to prevent the drill rod from deviating and causing the drilling rig to tilt;

Real time monitoring parameters: closely observe the pressure gauge and the vibration of the drilling rig during drilling. If there is a sudden drop in pressure, severe shaking of the drill pipe, or abnormal noise from the impactor, immediately press the emergency stop button, close the air duct valve, and troubleshoot (such as stuck drill or worn drill bit). It is forbidden to operate with faults;

Prohibited dangerous operations: It is strictly prohibited to touch rotating drill rods or bits with hands during drilling, to stand directly below the drilling rig (to prevent drilling tools from falling), and to dismantle air ducts or drill rods while the drilling rig is in operation; Before adding drill rods, the machine must be stopped, the gas must be cut off, and the drill rod threads must be cleaned before connecting.
