Introduction
EV series air cooler coil mainly uses aluminum tubes and operates
in both direct expansion and pump supply modes. It is designed to
work at a pressure of 20 bar and is mainly used in fluorine
refrigeration systems.
● Shell: Galvanized steel plate sprayed with plastic, with strong
anti-corrosion properties.
● Water tray: Adopting a water tray structure with drainage angles,
the double row water outlets are located on both sides of the water
tray to achieve rapid drainage and avoid water accumulation caused
by the installation tilt of the air cooler; The water tray is
equipped with floor standing support feet for easy installation.
● Coil: arranged in a triangular shape with a diameter of 25, it
has a large heat transfer area and high heat transfer efficiency.
● Hydrophilic aluminum foil, with sheet spacing of 6.0mm, 8.0mm,
10mm, and 12.0mm, can meet different temperature and humidity
requirements, and variable sheet spacing can also be used according
to customer requirements.
● Fan: Fan specifications are φ 500, φ 630, φ 710, and φ 800, using
a duct type fan with an operating temperature of -40 ℃~40 ℃.
● Defrosting: The standard uses water defrosting, with a specially
designed defrosting water tray built-in. The air inlet is equipped
with a water blocking plate to prevent splashing of defrosting
water.
● Adopting IP65 rated waterproof junction boxes and waterproof
connectors, it has better waterproof effect.
● Can meet the use of refrigerants such as R404A, R507A, R22, etc.
