Operation Guide:
1. Before use, stir Component A thoroughly and shake Component B
well.
2. Weigh and mix at a 1:1 weight ratio until uniform.
3. Proceed with potting or dispensing.
4. Place in a preheated oven at 120°C for 20-30 minutes. Remove and
cool before next process step.
Precautions:
- Ensure the oven temperature is uniform and stable to avoid
incomplete or over-curing.
- Production lines should plan the rhythm between operation and
curing to make full use of the 2-hour pot life.
Packaging & Storage:
- Packaging: 50 kg per set (25 kg pail of A + 25kg pail of B)
- Storage: Keep in a sealed container in a cool, dry place below
25°C.
- Shelf Life: 6 months (below 25°C).
- Transportation: Classified as non-hazardous goods; can be
transported as general chemicals.

1. Q: What is the maximum curing temperature?
A: It is not recommended to exceed 150°C. Excessively high
temperatures may cause aging, embrittlement, or bubbling.
2. Q: Is the cured product flame retardant?
A: HN-6607 is a standard insulating material without added flame
retardants, meeting basic insulation requirements. For
flame-retardant versions (e.g., UL94 V-0), we offer alternative
solutions.
3. Q: Can it be used for outdoor waterproof products?
A: It has excellent moisture resistance. However, for long-term
direct exposure to UV, rain, and other outdoor elements, a
protective housing or our more weather-resistant (UV resistant)
products are recommended.
4. Q: Does it adhere well to other silicone rubber?
A: It adheres well to itself. Adhesion to other types of silicone
rubber may require testing and potentially a primer.
5. Q: How to determine if the gel is fully cured?
A: Fully cured gel is dry to the touch, non-tacky, and uniformly
elastic. Confirm via hardness testing or simple probe testing.
