Our 3MPa Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Nitrogen Generator for Laser
Cutting provides ultra-high purity nitrogen (up to 99.99%) at a working pressure of 3MPa, ideal for precision, oxidation-free laser cutting operations.
Utilizing advanced PSA technology, it efficiently separates nitrogen from compressed air, delivering
a continuous, reliable on-site supply. The fully automated system
integrates air compression, drying, filtration, and intelligent
controls, offering low maintenance, energy-efficient performance, and consistent gas purity. Compact and skid-mounted, it
eliminates dependency on nitrogen cylinders or bulk supply,
ensuring uninterrupted production and improved cutting quality for
industrial fabrication, sheet metal, and high-precision
manufacturing applications.
