What is a Polyester Biaxial Geogrid?
It is a high-strength synthetic grid made from high-tenacity
polyester (PET) yarns,
woven and coated to create a grid structure with large, open apertures.
The key term "biaxial" means that it is engineered to have significant tensile strength and stiffness
in two perpendicular directions—typically along the machine direction (roll length) and the cross-machine direction (roll width).
This equalizes stress distribution in a plane, making it ideal for stabilizing weak subgrades and spreading loads over a wider area.

vs. Uniaxial Polypropylene (PP) Geogrids:
Polyester is stronger and has much better creep resistance than PP,
