50T/H Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment &
Purification System is designed for rain, river, and lake water
purification. It utilizes advanced reverse osmosis (RO) technology
with a desalination rate of up to 99%, effectively removing ions,
bacteria, particles, and organic matter. The system includes
multiple filtration stages such as sand filters, active carbon
filters, softeners, and cartridge filters with 5µm accuracy. Made
of durable stainless steel, it is suitable for various industries
including food, beverage, and energy sectors.
II.Typical RO Processing:
Feed water pump- Sand filter--Active carbon filter -Softener
-Cartridge filter- High-pressure pump- RO system
1. Feed water pump: provide the pressure to sand filter /active
carbon filter/ softener
2. Sand filter: Get rid of turbidity, suspended solids, organic
impurities and colloid etc.
3. Active Carbon filter: Remove the color, free chloride, organic
matter and harmful matter etc.
4, Softener; Get rid of calcium, magnesium and bicarbonate ions in
original / source water, reduce water hardness.
5. Cartridge filter: prevent any deposition of large Particles,
most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The
accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as
large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
6. High pressure pump: Provide the high pressure to RO membrane (at
least 2.0 Mpa).
7. RO system: main part of pure water treatment plant. The
desaltation rate up to 99%, capable of removing over 99% of ions,
bacterias, particles and organics.

Q: Are you a trading company or a factory?

Q: How Does Reverse Osmosis Work?
A: Reverse osmosis systems purify water by forcing pressurized
water through a very fine Aromatic polyamide membrane. If the raw
water being treated comes from a well or another private source,
disinfection and pre-filters (to remove chlorine and/or
particulates/sediment) may be needed in advance of the R/O unit to
remove contaminants that can foul or damage the membrane.
Q: How Do I Know What Size Unit to Buy?
A: R/O units are rated according to the amount of treated water
produced per day. For example, one type of unit produces 5000
liters of treated water per day under its design conditions. In
reality, conditions frequently vary. Line pressure is often lower,
water will frequently be colder than 25° C, and backpressure in the
storage tank will likely reduce the performance of the unit.
Consequently, you should examine water conditions and buy a
larger-rated unit than needed if any of the above problems are
noted
Q: Material of the reverse osmosis system?
A: You can choose FRP filter + U-PVC pipe, stainless steel filter +
U-PVC pipe, or total stainless steel.
Q: What's your production Period?
A: Generally, for 50Hz voltage, we need 5 working days to finish;
for 60Hz, we need 30 working days to finish.
