Painting Process
Rust removal in pickling tank (10 minutes) → Unoil (30 mins) →
Rinsing (3 mins) → Water setting (10 mins) → Rinsing (5 mins) →
Parkerising (20 mins) → Rinsing → Blow dry → Stoving → Pylons →
Spray paint (static flame paint) → Oven (170°C/20 mins) → Draw a
charge → Inserting coil.
