    Customized High-Quality & High-Precision Laser-Service Metal Sheet Stainless-Steel Fabrication Frame Enclosure is the micron-accurate, corrosion-proof skeleton for medical analyzers, robotics arms and 19-inch sub-racks that can’t afford a 0.05 mm mismatch. Starting with 1.4301 (304) or 1.4404 (316L) coil certified to ≤0.03 % carbon, we 6 kW fiber-laser cut blank profiles at 0.1 mm kerf width and ±0.02 mm positional accuracy, eliminating post-machining on hole patterns up to M4 × 0.7. A 300 t CNC press brake with dynamic crowning forms 90° flanges to ±0.2°, while in-line deburring and electropolishing drop surface Ra to 0.4 µm—ideal for ISO 14644-1 Class 7 clean-room use. Frames are TIG-welded in Argon-2 % CO₂ for full-penetration seams, then passivated to ASTM A967, giving 1,000 h salt-spray immunity. PEM inserts, grounding studs and laser-etched QR codes for digital twin traceability are added before final QC on a 0.5 µm CMM. From 1-off prototypes to 10 k lots, we ship in 7 days with PPAP, REACH and 3.1B material certs.
