Artificial Intelligence Deep Learning Algorithm
Our counting software uses a powerful artificial intelligence deep
learning algorithm that automatically identifies components without
manual algorithm binding. The system learns from counted component
data including:
Aspect ratio
The angle of each corner of the component
Slope between components from inside to outside
Deformation of component images from the inside to the outside
As counting operations increase, results become progressively more
accurate. The system easily handles similar components or larger
trays.

Cloud Database
Every Wellman X-ray counter connects to our cloud database.
Counting data and images upload to the cloud, and machines
automatically download the latest database. Our engineers optimize
algorithms based on collected data and regularly update the
database.

Over time, counting accuracy approaches 100% with expanding
component type coverage. When encountering new components, the
system accesses existing database information for higher
efficiency, accuracy and coverage.
