Coolant Temperature Sensor 015-0096-07 is engineered for the
Perkins T4.236 and AT4.236 turbocharged diesel engines (4.0 L),
which are widely deployed across agricultural tractors, combine
harvesters, generator sets and industrial machinery such as Bad Boy
Renegade diesel mowers and other equipment powered by the Perkins
1100 cc family.
Technical specifications:
Thread size M12 × 1.75, 19 mm hex, brass sensor body with a PBT 30
% GF connector and Fluorocarbon O-ring for reliable sealing.
Operating range ‑40 °C to 185 °C, NTC thermistor element. Cold
resistance 2 kΩ–3 kΩ at 20 °C, hot resistance 200 Ω–300 Ω at 90 °C.
Material & performance features:
Sensor body machined from high-grade brass for superior thermal
conductivity and corrosion resistance. Electronics fully
