where precise coolant-temperature monitoring is essential for
emissions compliance and engine protection.

element is a negative-temperature-coefficient (NTC) thermistor
calibrated 2.5 kΩ ±2 % at 25 °C, falling to 150 Ω ±3 % at 100 °C,

control module.

The probe shell is precision-machined from lead-free brass and
nickel-plated to resist corrosion from glycol-based coolants. The
sensing tip is over-moulded in high-temperature PPS, then potted in
epoxy for complete immunity to vibration, moisture and
electromagnetic interference. A Viton fluorocarbon O-ring
guarantees a leak-free seal under 10 bar system pressure, while the
robust housing withstands 30 g continuous vibration and 100 g
shock.
