UGEFP cables are high voltage rubber sheathed flexible cables
designed for shield machines in open-pit mines. Features oil
resistance, wear resistance, water resistance, and tensile
strength.They are suitable for harsh construction environments.
Suitable for heavy equipment in open-pit mines and underground
tunneling operations rated at 8.7/15kV or below, such as shield
tunneling machines. Also applicable for tunnel projects in subways,
railways, highways, municipal works, and hydropower facilities.

- Conductor: Tinned soft copper conductor with excellent electrical
conductivity and flexibility
- Insulation: The power conductor insulation utilizes EPDM rubber,
offering excellent electrical insulation properties, heat
resistance, and aging resistance; the ground conductor core is made
of semiconductive rubber to ensure grounding safety.
- Insulation Shield: Rubber-type semiconductive outer shielding
effectively evens out the electric field and prevents partial
discharge.
- Outer Sheath: A mixture of chlorinated polyethylene or other
equivalent materials, featuring high abrasion resistance, oil
resistance, cold resistance, high-temperature resistance, water
resistance, and corrosion resistance
- Operating temperature range: -35°C to 65°C
- Operating ambient temperature: Typically between -20°C and +45°C
- Maximum operating temperature of conductor: +75°C
- Minimum bending radius exceeds 6 times cable diameter
- Tinned copper conductor prevents oxidation and improves
conductivity
