PEODUCT DESCRIPTION

Main function:

Provide core power for the concrete conveying system.
This is the most fundamental and crucial function of the hydraulic pump.
· Drive the main oil cylinders: The high-pressure oil generated by the hydraulic pump drives the two main oil cylinders to work alternately.
· Push the concrete piston: The main oil cylinders, through the connecting mechanism, push the concrete piston in the conveying cylinder (commonly known as the "material cylinder") to move back and forth.
· Achieve suction and pushing: When the piston of one conveying cylinder retreats, concrete is sucked from the hopper; when the piston of the other conveying cylinder advances, the concrete is pushed through the S valve (or gate valve) into the conveying pipe and is continuously pumped out through the hose at the end of the boom.
Without the continuous high-pressure oil provided by the hydraulic pump, the pumping action of the concrete cannot be completed.
2. Provide lifting and rotating power for the boom system
The long boom of the pump truck can move flexibly, all thanks to the hydraulic system.
· Boom cylinder drive: The hydraulic oil output by the hydraulic pump is controlled by the multi-way valve and enters the cylinders of each boom section. The extension and retraction of the cylinders drive the boom to extend, fold and lift, thereby delivering concrete to the designated working position.
· Drive the rotary motor: The hydraulic oil drives the rotary motor, which rotates the entire upper vehicle (including the boom and the turntable) 360 degrees, greatly expanding the working range of the pump truck.
