86mm NEMA34 trapezoidal Tr lead screw linear hybrid stepper motor
with optical encoder
This is a NEMA34 86mm size hybrid stepper motor with Tr lead screw.
Lead screw diameter is 15.875mm and screw lead is 12.7mm.
We have different lead screw diameter and lead for you to choose,
based on your project requirement on linear speed and pushing
force.
With bigger lead, motor’s linear speed is faster, while pushing force will be smaller.
The lead screw length is customizable.
For the encoder, it’s optical encoder with 3 channels (Channel A, B and Z)
Channel Z is index channel.
If you don’t need Channel Z, we can make the encoder with 2 channels.
The encoder resolution is 1000 PPR, 1000 PPR means when the motor
rotate one round, the encoder will generate 1000 pulse signals.
We also have different resolution for you to choose:
200 PPR / 500 PPR / 1000 PPR / 2500 PPR
Also if you don’t need encoder, we can remove it, and the unit price of the motor
will be lower.
