The Chinese-made easy-to-operate heavy-duty industrial automation
battery-powered track transporter is a modern industrial vehicle
that integrates large load capacity, flexibility and intelligent
control. This vehicle is powered by high-performance batteries and
can achieve long-distance and high-load continuous operation on the
track without external cables or fixed power supply facilities. Its
automatic control system supports preset paths, fixed-point
stopping and automatic obstacle avoidance. The operation interface
is simple and intuitive, greatly reducing the operation difficulty
for the operators.
This equipment is specially designed for industries such as steel,
heavy machinery, logistics and warehousing, and can efficiently
complete the automated transfer tasks of raw materials,
semi-finished products or finished products. Compared with
traditional rail vehicles, it not only breaks free from the
constraints of power supply lines, but also significantly enhances

We have designed transfer cars for all kind of industries. Our
versatility to manufacture this vehicles is proven by our
experience and adaptations. These transfer cars can be made
according to our clients' needs and with clear commitment to meet
them.
Carts are mounted on steel rail for shuttling along a fixed path.
They can be DC battery powered or AC powered. Typically used for
moving materials such as steel tubes, tanks of liquids, steel
coils, steel beams, machine parts from one location to another.
Standard sizes from 4 x 4 to 6 x 8. Larger cart capacities and
sizes are available for specific applications.
*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will
be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m
and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the
quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full
container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL
Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It
needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the
equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider
bulk cargo.
