The Qingdao Huashida HSD1000-2400 integrates "blast-cleaning -
epoxy spraying - adhesive/PE coating - water-cooling" into a single
pass.
Pipe OD 1,000-2,400 mm, wall 2.5-18 mm, output ≈ 300 km per single
shift/year.
Three-layer one-step build: FBE ≥ 100 µm + AD 170-250 µm + PE
2.5-3.7 mm.
Key modules: 65/30 epoxy spray booth, 120/30 PE extruder, 120 kW
mid-frequency heater, 15 m water-spray tunnel.
Eco package: cyclone + cartridge dust collector keeps dust ≤ 10
mg/m³, noise ≤ 75 dB.
Footprint 28 × 6 m, total power 260 kW, operable by 2 persons. CE &

3PE coating/coated steel pipes are widely used in pipeline systems
for the transmission of oil, gas, water and other fluids. They have
highly resistance to corrosive from chemicals, moisture, harmful
environment etc.
The line includes systems of steel pipe transportation, surface
disposal, dust catching, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying,
coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic
device, detecting and electric controlling system.
