transported, connected and disassembled manually, which consumes a
lot of manpower and affects the continuity of production. Moreover,
if the connection and sealing of the cylinders are not tight,
oxygen leakage is likely to occur (the leakage rate is usually
5%-10%), which is both wasteful and increases safety risks. The
LuoMing oxygen generator can directly supply oxygen to the
production stations (such as cutting machines, reaction vessels)
through pipelines, without the need for frequent manual replacement
of containers, reducing the "stop and replace cylinder" time of the
production line. The equipment's PLC system operates automatically,
which can monitor the oxygen consumption and purity in real time,
automatically adjust the output to match the production rhythm, and
improve the overall production efficiency.
