F310S Material Properties
F310S is a high chromium, medium nickel austenitic stainless steel
designed specifically for high-temperature conditions. Its core
characteristic is excellent antioxidant performance, which can
maintain stability at temperatures up to 1093 ° C (2000 ° F) and is
not prone to the formation of oxide skin. Compared to conventional
stainless steels such as 304 or 316, it can maintain higher
strength and creep resistance at high temperatures. This makes it
an ideal material for manufacturing industrial furnaces, heat
treatment equipment, burners, and other components that require
severe thermal cycling.

Introduction to Flange Facing Types
Raised Face (RF) is the most widely used type of flange sealing
surface, which concentrates the bolt preload force on a smaller
area by raising the contact area of the gasket, achieving reliable
sealing. The Class 150 flange introduced this time uses this type
of sealing surface. In addition to RF, SMLSCO can also provide
various sealing surfaces according to the working conditions, such
as full plane (FF) suitable for low-pressure working conditions and
ring connection surface (RTJ) suitable for ultra-high pressure
working conditions, to meet the specific sealing requirements of
