    Product Overview:


    The Pendulum Impact Test Apparatus is designed and manufactured in full compliance with the following international and national standards:
    GB/T 20138-2023, impact element requirements (referencing GB/T 2423.55-2023);
    GB 7251.5-2017, Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies, Clauses 10.2.101.3 (Impact Load Test), 10.2.101.5 (Impact Resistance Verification Test), and 10.2.101.8 (Verification of Resistance to Mechanical Impact from Angular Objects);
    GB/T 7251.4-2017, Clause 10.2.6.2 (Collision Test);

    It is mainly used for mechanical impact tests and related scientific research tests on low-voltage meter boxes, prefabricated substations, and electrical equipment casings. It can conveniently perform mechanical performance tests on metal meter boxes, non-metal meter boxes, cable distribution boxes, and other meter boxes of various specifications.



    Application, Principle & Structure:


    The Pendulum Impact Test Apparatus is suitable for performing:
    Impact resistance verification,
    Angular impact resistance verification,
    Impact load verification,
    Steel ball and sandbag impact tests for high and low-voltage switchgear, charging stations, and electrical cabinets.


    Working Principle:


    The test bench uses PLC intelligent central integrated control, touch screen display and operation, and can perform various impact tests on samples. Parameters are set via the touchscreen interface, and the test process is semi-automatic. The sample can be rotated for impact testing on all sides, accommodating a wide range of specimen sizes. It is the preferred reliability equipment for testing organizations and laboratories.

    13Impact Resistance Verification

    Steel ball: 2kg mass, 1m lift, 20J impact energy. Cylindrical specimens must be impacted in three 120° directions with rapid switching. Oscillating tube: 9mm outer diameter, length ≥1m.
    Steel ball: 15kg mass, 1m lift, 150J impact energy. Cylindrical specimens must be impacted in three 120° directions with rapid switching.

    14Angular Impact Verification

    Steel impactor: mass 5kg, lift 0.4m, impact energy 20J, cylindrical specimens must be quickly switched to three 120° directions for impact;

    15Impact Load Verification

    A dry sand bag with a total mass of 15kg and dimensions in accordance with Figure 105 of GB/T7251.5-2017, with automatic lifting and release, and cylindrical specimens must be quickly switched to three 120° directions for impact;
