Description of GMP Standard Environmental Friendly Vacuum Drying
Chamber
GMP Standard Environmental Friendly Vacuum Drying Chamber is a most
often used static chamber dryer under vacuum condition. Inside the
drying chamber, trays loaded with wet material are placed on top of
each other in a drying shelf.
In drying pocess, heat medium, such as steam, hot water or thermal
oil, is connected to the drying shelf which transfers heat to wet
material. Under vacuum condition, boiling point of moisture is much
lower. So the moisture can be evaporated under low temperature. The
vacuum pump constantly sucks out the evaporated moisture to speed
the drying process. Vacuum pump, tubular condenser and buffer tank
are equipped to recover the evaporated moisture.

condition, especially for those materials which are heat sensitive,
easy oxidized, toxic and the evaporated moisture needs to be
recovered;
