Principle of Environmental Friendly Energy Saving Rotary Vacuum Paddle Dryer

Hollow shaft dense arrangement with the wedge-shaped hollow blade, the heat medium through the hollow
shaft flow through the blade. The effective volume of heat transfer area is very large, the heat medium temperature(-40℃~320℃) can be water vapor, also can be hot water or heat conducting oil.
The heat transfer medium flows through the shell jacket and the hollow stirring shaft through the rotating joint, and the hollow stirring shaft has a different internal structure according to the type of the heat medium to ensure the best heat transfer effect.
In the pulp and jacket access to hot oil, heating at the same time, the upper part of the is harge port at the same time through the heated dry air after further drying, thus greatly increasing the drying strength of the device. Evaporated moisture from the tail gas out of the dryer, wet air discharged by the induced draft fan outdoors.

4. Small environmental pollution: do not use air with dust
material. Material solvent evaporation is very small, easy to
handle. For the pollution of the material or the need to recover
the solvent conditions, can be used the closed circuit.
5. Low operating costs: normal operation of the device, only 1
hour/day. Low-speed mixing and reasonable structure. Wear rate is
very low, and maintenance costs are also very low.
6. Stable operating continuously: Because of the special
compression and inflation of the agitation function of paddle
dryer, the material grains touch the heat-transfer area thoroughly.
Within the axis direction, the temperature, moisture, mixture, and
grades of the materials is very small so as to guarantee the
stability of the whole process.
