The 2X series vacuum pump is of a two-stage structure. Its working
performance is composed of two parts: the high-pressure stage and
the low-pressure stage. Its suction port is connected to the vacuum
container or vacuum equipment. During operation, a large amount of
gas in the container will be sucked in and discharged. When the
equipment achieves vacuum, the exhaust valve plate of the
high-pressure stage will close, and the gas sucked in by the
high-pressure stage will be transferred to the second stage and
then sucked in and discharged by the second stage. In this way, the
vacuum equipment can obtain a certain vacuum.
The technical parameters of this pump are 6×10 ⁻ ²pa. According to
the user's usage situation, a vacuum booster pump can be equipped.
This pump can be used as a forepump. Due to the enhanced pumping
force of the booster pump and the continuous pumping by the
forepump, your equipment can achieve a higher vacuum.

A reliable dust-proof device ensures that when debris passes
through the dust-proof device, it can only fall around the outside

cavity and seizing.
A vent valve is provided with a perforated composite screw. As long
as the composite screw is unscrewed, the oil hole can be cleared.
It can also discharge debris and water vapor. It is both fast and
labor-saving, greatly improving work efficiency.

Industries such as electronics, refrigeration, electric light
sources, chemical engineering, medical care, bottle linings,
packaging, dehydration, and drying.
However, it cannot be used to extract gases with excessive oxygen
content, explosive substances, corrosive to metals, those that
react chemically with vacuum oil, or those containing particles and
dust. It also cannot be used as a transfer pump or a compressor
pump.
