This series of spiral sand washing machines can clean and separate the soil in sand and gravel. Under the uniform agitation of the spiral blades, the purposes of filtering water, removing impurities, and lifting and conveying are achieved. This sand washing machine has a long spiral body, thick spiral blades, and a strict sealing system; it requires less maintenance and has a large processing capacity; the sand output has low water content, no powder, and no mud, etc. It is widely applicable to the washing, classification, impurity removal, and washing of fine-grained and coarse-grained materials in industries such as highways, hydropower, and construction. 1. The water tank part adopts an inbuilt bearing design. The drainage device is located at the bottom. The rotating part is sealed by multiple groups of rubber rings to provide the tail bearing with a good working environment and effectively protect the transmission components.
