Product Description
The double flange limited expansion joint is composed of main parts, sealing rings, gland, telescopic short
pipe and other
main components. On the basis of the original performance of the
loose sleeve expansion joint, a limit device is added,
and a double nut is used for locking at the maximum expansion.
Pipeline can be free to expand in the allowable expansion,
once exceeding its maximum expansion limit, to ensure the safe
operation of the pipeline, especially for vibration or a certain
degree of inclination and bending in the pipeline connection.

1. Displacement Compensation and Stress Elimination
Thermal Compensation: Absorbs axial displacement caused by
temperature changes (-30℃ to 350℃)
in pipes (up to ±100mm according to the 2025 EJMA IV standard),
preventing leakage at flange sealing
surfaces.
Vibration Buffering: Mitigates mechanical vibrations transmitted
from pumps, compressors, and other
equipment (requiring vibration damping efficiency ≥90% in nuclear
power fields), protecting sensitive
equipment.
Installation Alignment Correction: The spherical seal design allows
for ±5° angular deflection, compensating
for alignment errors during pipe construction (such as misalignment
caused by subsidence in underground conduits).
