The material 20Cr2Ni4A is a kind of structural alloy steel. 20
cr2ni4a is high quality alloy steel and it has high
strength,toughness and hardenability.For 20Cr2Ni4A steel, there is
no direct quenching after carburizing in order to reduce surface
residual austenite. 20Ci2Ni4A’s cutting and cold deformation
plasticity is general and it has poor weldability.
20 Cr2Ni4A is widely used for large cross-section carburized parts,
such as large gear, shaft, and conditioning components requiring
high strength, and good toughness.

good mechanical properties, hardenability, strength and toughness
are more than 12CrMi3 steel. 20Cr2Ni4A forging good performance,
forging heating temperature of 1200 ℃, initial forging temperature
of 1150 ℃, final forging temperature higher than 850 ℃, slow
cooling after forging.

℃; coolant: Oil

For the manufacture of small and medium sized cars, tractor engine
and transmission in gear, manufacture of high performance core part
of carburized parts, cyanide parts, such as oil drilling and
metallurgical open pit with claws and teeth cone body.
