• Specifiion

• Key components

1.Cross (Spider): A central, X-shaped component with four cylindrical "trunnions" (protruding arms) at its ends.

2.Bearings: Needle roller bearings (or bushing bearings) press-fitted into the ends of the trunnions, reducing friction between the cross and yokes.

3.Yokes: Two fork-shaped components (input and output yokes) that connect to the rotating shafts. Each yoke has two holes to fit over the cross’s trunnions, creating a pivot point.

4.Seals: Rubber or polyurethane seals around the bearings to retain grease and prevent contamination from dirt, water, or debris.
