Gear oil level: Check the lubricating oil in the gearbox every 40,000 kilometers. The replenishment amount is approximately 0.3 to 0.5 liters.
Tooth surface wear: Read the gear meshing clearance data through a diagnostic instrument (normal ≤0.15mm). When it exceeds the limit, the gear set needs to be replaced

Common Faults

Abnormal noise from gears: It is mostly due to foreign objects on the tooth surface or poor lubrication. Disassembly, cleaning and reapplication of high-temperature grease are required.

Electromagnetic control module failure: Manifested as the compressor not working or the displacement regulation failing. It is necessary to detect the voltage of the control unit (11.5-14.5V) and the resistance of the communication CAN line (60±5Ω).
