Machine Purpose:
It is widely for quilting high-quality garments, bedding covers,
textile, leather, shoes, cap, bags, vanity, gloves, sleeping bag,
seat cover and wall decoration etc.
Special Features:
1.Comprehensively upgrade and strengthen each transmission
structure to truly realize high-speed operation and stable

2.The external computer control system can effectively reduce the
adverse effects of high-speed operation on the electronic control.
3. The computer can adjust the speed of 100-1400 rpm, and the
stitch adjustment is 2-12mm.
4. The speed, stitch and various pattern compensation functions can
be adjusted arbitrarily during the operation of the equipment.
5. The system is equipped with a "return” function to solve the
work of missing quilting and stitching between processing and
changing shuttles.
6. The needle row movement adopts servo drive mode, and the spindle
adopts frequency conversion control.
7. Dual clutch device, to solve the synchronization problem of
rollers in front and back.
8. 360 degree free quilting come with unlimited multi-span quilting
independent patterns.
9. Automatic thread-break detection unit. Infrared sensor make sure
more safety operation.
