Heat dissipation of battery management system: Although the heat flux density of the battery system is relatively low, usually only at the 0.1-1 W/cm² level, a large amount of heat is still generated during fast charging and high-load discharge of the battery. Electronic cold plates can be used for heat dissipation in battery modules. For instance, by arranging large serpentine channel cold plates at the bottom or top of the battery module, which are made of thin stamping plates, the channel height is usually less than 3mm. This can meet the heat dissipation requirements while reducing processing costs and installation space occupation.
    3. Heat dissipation for other electronic devices: Electronic devices such as on-board chargers and DC-DC converters in automobiles also generate heat during operation. Electronic cold plates can also be applied to the heat dissipation of these devices to ensure they operate within a stable temperature range and enhance the reliability and stability of the entire automotive electronic system.
