SPC flooring is an upgrade of Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT). It is special designed with “Unilin” click locking system. So, it can be easily installed on different floor base. No matter laying them on concrete, ceramic or existing flooring.

Installation Details

1. Before installation, it is recommended to spread floor film, which can make better feeling of feet and prevent the noise generated between the ground and the floor by small grains of sand. Put the first floor from the left corner of the room.

2. To prevent the natural expansion of the floor, 0.4 cm gap should be reserved between the wall and the floor.

6. Start installing the second row,When installing the second floor, insert the convex of the short side into the groove of the previous floor, and gently insert the convex of the long side into the corresponding floor groove.

7. Use a rubber hammer when there are gaps.

I am Aaron Wang, the general manager of Hebei UTOP Technologies Co., Ltd., it nearly two decades that I engaged in the flooring industry.

Since graduated from university in the year 2003, I worked for a flooring distributing company, position from a salesman to sales director. Along with my career, various types of flooring that I studied, such as the wood parquet, bamboo flooring, laminate flooring, etc. High-quality flooring always at its high level price, while cheaper flooring, besides the inferior quality, the serious problem is the harm it takes, for example, formaldehyde, which can cause cancer. Whether there is a cheaper and easy install, of course, the healthy flooring? This is what happened to me next, I step into the SPC flooring field, it makes me exciting.

The main components of SPC flooring are virgin PVC and natural limestone powder, therefore, SPC flooring is non-toxic and formaldehyde free.
