Product Description

Palm oil centrifuge

It applies to carry out separating liquid and solid of the suspensions material which weight thickness of solid phase ≤ 10% (or volume concentration of ≤ 50% after settlement24 hours) and equivalent diameter of solid-phase particle ≥ 0.005 ~ 2 mm, liquid-solid density difference ≥ 0.05 g / cm 3, such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, polyvinyl chloride, lees, bean dregs , soy protein, paper pulp, vegetable oil and palm oil, kaolin, white mud, sludge from environmental protection industry and also applies to various types of chemical products which use settlement centrifugal separation principle, these material all can be carried out effectively.

The material(crude orange juice) passing through the center feeding pipe into the centrifuge(axial feed). Under the action of centrifugal force and material pressure,it passes through the distributor distributed to the drum. The dense solid phase is deposited on the drum wall, and is transported to the drum body cone by auger delivery then falls from the discharge port to the solid collector box.At the same time, the relatively light liquid phase(orange juice) is not moving with the spiral because of its fluidity, but through the outlet overflow into the liquid aggregate box.
