- Application range: Capable of printing multi-color thermosetting
inks on various bottles and kettles made of plastic, metal, glass
and other materials. It is suitable for cylindrical plastic
bottles, angular metal sports kettles, special-shaped glass craft
bottles, etc., with full printing color and firm adhesion.
- Performance and precision: Adopts CNC servo drive, enabling
360-degree printing for products of various shapes; integrated
turntable structure allows products to be transferred among
feeding, positioning, printing, curing and other stations in the
same fixture, reducing wear and tear, with a printing accuracy of
±0.1mm; equipped with an advanced digital control servo drive
system to precisely regulate printing actions.
- Automation and supporting features include finished product
inspection for automatic diversion of unqualified products, feeding
conveyors connectable to bottle-making equipment or automatic
trimming machines for automatic feeding.

What is the difference between a linear screen printing machine and
a CNC rotary screen printing machine?
1. Straight line screen printing machine is faster than CNC rotary
screen printing machine, but the printing accuracy is lower.
2. Straight line presses are modular combinations, the more colors
the larger the footprint, while CNC rotary is a rotating structure
that will save space.
3. CNC printers are easier to use with remote management and
service feature.
4. For CNC machine, all printing functions will be done in the same
set of fixture, which will avoid the product being scratched.
5. All adjustments such as printing head, screen frame etc. can be
fixed by wireless tablet PC, but linear machine must be adjusted
manually.
