Injection unit:
1. Square hydraulic motor:its position accuracy is ≤0.1MM;
2. Non-return valve between the motor and tube;
3. Bidirectional axial :positioning to avoid the wiggle of the
screw；its swing accuracy is ≤0.05MM;
4. Barrel :LSR using ;spline design;pneumatic sealant shut-off nozzle;
5. Injection cylinder:one-piece casting ,its diameter is 5~10mm bigger
than normal ;
6. Oil circuit: specially design for LSR, its storage position
accuracy is ≤0.05MM;
7. Oil pump : aluminum jacketed oil seal that installs easily and
locate well;Oil pump with bidirectional buffering,which moves
smoothly;
8. Dorsal bracket ring: protect the O-ring;
9. Air cylinder :internal installed pneumatic sealing needle
nozzle；electronic measuring ruler(Gefran-Italy);
10. Optional-Rexroth full closed loop servo valve .(real-time
monitoring pressure, speed, back pressure and automatic feedback
correction.)
