The LW450×1000-N power frequency centrifuge delivers reliable 2–5µm fine solids removal in conventional drilling operations. With three drum speed options (1,800/2,000/2,200 RPM) adjustable via pulley configuration, it generates centrifugal forces up to 1,219 Fr to efficiently separate harmful 6–10µm solid phases. The 37kW main motor supports 60 m³/h throughput while minimizing barite loss. Compact dimensions (2750×1580×1780 mm) suit mobile rigs. Weight: 3,200 kg.Duplex stainless steel drum (450 mm diameter) resists abrasion from silica-rich formations. Tungsten carbide tiles protect conveyor blades, extending wear life to 8,000 hours. Vibration isolators ensure stability on uneven terrain, while the compact footprint integrates into existing mud tanks.
