Engineered for oil drilling durability, the LWY250 features ​​wear-resistant components​​ (carbide-reinforced conveyors) that withstand abrasive barite and cuttings. The ​​hermetic sealing system​​ (liquid-retaining ring + PTFE seals) prevents leakage during high-pressure operations. ​​CIP multi-stage cleaning​​ ("high→low→high" speed cycles) removes sticky oil-based mud residues without disassembly. Compliant with API 13C standards, all material-contact parts resist sour gas corrosion. Customizable screw pitch options optimize solids dryness for varied geology – from shale fines to sandstone coarse particles.
