This 5-layer anti-static turnover car features "high-density storage + flexible transportation". Each layer is covered with 8mm thick black anti-static rubber (surface resistance 10⁶-10⁸Ω), and aluminum is added below the layer board. Each layer board can bear a load of 40kg, and the total load capacity of 5 layers is 200kg. The frame is equipped with foldable handrails on both sides, which are easy to push when unfolded and fit the frame when folded. Equipped with 2-inch silent conductive universal wheels, the pushing noise is less than 45dB, making it suitable for densely populated areas such as warehouses and workshops. The overall dimensions of the vehicle are 90cm×60cm×150cm (unfolded) /90cm×60cm×18cm (folded). It can be stacked for storage (up to 5 vehicles can be stacked after folding), making it suitable for high-frequency turnover and space-limited scenarios such as e-commerce warehouses and electronic logistics.
