The PZ concrete spraying machine uses compressed air to transport
concrete mixture or similar loose materials with particles in a
certain ratio through a pipeline, and then controls the addition of
water and mixing at the port, and then sprays it at high speed onto
the sprayed surface to solidify and harden, thereby forming a
material protective layer of a certain strength.
It is widely used in the spraying and protection of protective
materials for foundation pits, slopes, tunnels, bridges, mines,
blast furnaces, and houses in projects such as construction,
railways, highways, hydropower, greening, mining, and spraying of
fire-proof, moisture-proof, and anti-seepage materials.
The structure and working principle of the PZ series concrete
sprayer: the mixed material is discharged from the discharge port
of the batching mixer (or manually mixed and loaded) into the
vibrating hopper, fed into the hopper through the vibrating screen,
and injected into the anti-sticking material cavity of the rotor by
the material dispenser. It rotates with the rotor to the discharge
port, where the compressed air introduced by the wind system blows
the material into the cyclone. Here, another compressed air is
introduced by the cyclone, which blows and accelerates the material
in a multi-head wind spiral state, and makes it rotate and float,
enter the feed pipe, reach the nozzle, and then add a small amount
of water to spray it out.
The PZ series concrete sprayer is mainly composed of a drive
device, a rotor assembly, a wind system, a spray system, and an
electrical control box.
